As an intermediate technician, Chris is responsible for developing conceptual structural layouts though to detailed working drawings. He works directly with Project Engineers ensuring that drawings are completed on time and to high quality standards. Since starting with Pomeroy in 1999, Chris has consistently proved himself to be a reliable and valuable member of numerous successfully completed projects.

Production and detail-oriented, Clarence is the person who leads Pomeroy's technical team and strives for continued excellence in the engineering product. Gary started working at Pomeroy in 1979 as a junior drafter before moving to Whitehorse during the economic downturn of the early 80’s. Pomeroy welcomed him back in 1987 as an senior drafter. Today, Gary is responsible for quality assurance training and site inspection review. He communicates with consultants and contractors on a daily basis coordinating construction with design options.

Min joined Pomeroy in 2001 with an engineering degree and 10 years experience in China. She worked diligently as a CAD drafter and designer while taking several engineering courses through BSEG/UBC. Her hard work paid off and Min obtained her Professional Engineer of BC designation in 2004. Since then, she has contributed in a leadership role as the Project Engineer on Thompson Rivers University and other new educational and commercial facilities.
