Prime Consultant Services
In recent years, we have also been working as the Owner's representative with numerous educational and healthcare clients. We provide the following services as Prime Consultant:
- Deal directly with and on behalf of building owners to provide seismic upgrade options
- Assess building, including determining safety requirements and costs associated with seismic upgrade
- Develop upgrade schemes and present report with recommended options
- Manage procurement and methodology of seismic upgrade
- Owner's representative during construction, including site review and contract administration
